O R D E R

The petitioner seeks to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner dated 27.03.2018.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the appeal of the petitioner dated 27.03.2018 is disposed of, in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal dated 27.03.2018 in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, and pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appropriate orders, within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Such proceedings shall be conducted on day today basis without adjourning the same beyond 7 working days at any point of time.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
