ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members, based on the petitioner's, representation dated 04.06.2022. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had purchased a property from the respondents 3 and 4 by way of sale deed in Document No.4762 of 2014, dated 15.12.2014. There is a dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4, with regard to the purchasing of the property. Then, on the request made by the third respondent, the petitioner permitted him to reside in the same house. But, now, the respondents 3 and 4 are threatening the petitioner. Hence, he lodged a complaint before the respondent police.

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10920 of 2022 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the representation, dated 04.06.2022, is pending before the respondent police.

4.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to consider the representation, dated 04.06.2022, on merits and take suitable action.

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
