O R D E R

This writ petition is filed to direct the first and second respondents to release the petitioner's Tipper lorry bearing registration No.TN 65 D 6379 within a stipulated time as that may be fixed by this Court on the basis of the her representation dated 10.08.2018.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the vehicle in question seized by the third respondent is in custody with the first respondent. He would further submit that the petitioner may be directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) and on such deposit is being made, the first respondent may be directed to release the seized vehicle.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court issues the following directions:- "(a)the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such deposit is being made, the first respondent is directed to release the seized vehicle forthwith, without any further delay to the petitioner. "

4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
