ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 379 of IPC and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.150 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This is a second anticipatory bail petition. The earlier anticipatory bail Petition filed in Crl.OP(MD)No.8102 of 2021 was dismissed as against this petitioner on 22.06.2021.

3. Further, it is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is having another case of similar nature pending against him.

4. There is no change of circumstance. Considering the bad antecedent of the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
