The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.28 of 2021 pending on his file as expeditiously possible and to file final report. 1/3

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that they have examined a few witnesses and a few more witnesses have to be examined and they would complete the investigation within two months.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this criminal original petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to conduct the investigation in a fair and proper manner and to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
