Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2021 and directing the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation to some other police station or investigation agencies and to take necessary action on his complaint given to the 2nd respondent on 22.03.2021.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2021 and directing the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation to some other police station or investigation agencies and to take necessary action on his complaint given to the 2nd respondent on 22.03.2021.
2. However, the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD).No.12871 of 2021 respondent registered the case in Crime No.262 of 2021 for the offences under Section 406 and 420 of IPC as against the fourth respondent and it is pending for investigation.
3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
