ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC, in Crime No.195 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that during the time of working as Manager in Canara Bank, the petitioner and one Karunanidhi who is the another accused in this case have joined together misappropriated the money by using forged signature of beneficiaries of bank. Hence the case was registered. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:

(I) the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.4,50,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs and fifty Thousand Only) to the credit of the Crime No.195 of 2018, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri.

(ii) On such deposit, the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri.
