O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection for implementing the Government scheme in respect of construction of compound wall and stage in the campus of the Arulmigu Muneeswaran Thirukkovil, Sooranviduthi, Alangudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District based upon the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2024. 2.According to the petitioner, he sent the representation dated 15.03.2024 to the second respondent seeking adequate police protection for implementing the Government scheme in respect of construction of compound wall and stage in the said temple, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that they have not received the petitioner's representation.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass order.

5.Since the second respondent denied the receipt of the petitioner's representation, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the second respondent through a fresh representation. On receipt of any such representation from the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and act in accordance with law, without any delay.
