The petitioner has filed this Petition to direct the second respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.84 of 2021 pending on his file as expeditiously as possible and to file final report.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that in Crime No.84 of 2021, final report has already been filed and the accused have also paid fine, as per the order of the Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamuthiram, in S.T.C.No.373 of 2022, on 22.06.2022.
