The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct survey and demarcate the petitioner's property and fix four boundaries.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3. The petitioner has made an application on 20.03.2025 based on his purchase and mutation of patta in his name.

4. In the light of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to dispose of the petitioner's application, dated 20.03.2025, 2/4

on merits and in accordance with law, if necessary, the 2nd respondent shall take the assistance of the 4th respondent jurisdictional police officials for ensuring survey is conducted peacefully. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
