The petitioner filed this writ petition praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to take further action based on complaint dated 10.08.2020 given by the petitioner and subsequently direct the respondent to enquire the case within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.
2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that in respect of the complaint dated 10.08.2020 given by the petitioner, the respondent police conducted an enquiry in C.S.R.No.287 of 2020, in which the petitioner herself withdrawn the complaint. The said submission is recorded.
3.In view of above, since the petitioner herself withdrawn the petition mentioned complaint, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
