ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 to A3 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 420 of I.P.C., in crime No.230 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is the co-bother of the third petitioner herein. The first and second accused are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the defacto complainant's younger brother. A1 received a sum of Rs.9 lakhs and assured to register the property in favour of the defacto complainant. She also executed a promissory deed on 27.07.2016. Even thereafter, she did not register the sale deed in favour of the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is pending.

5.It is seen from the records that the allegation in the FIR and the documents produced by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is that the entire transaction is civil in nature and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

hence, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Madurai and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
