ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3266 of 2025, dated 18.05.2024.

2. Mr.P. Praveenkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, submits that the petitioners are senior citizens and they are suffering from ailments and hence, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for one day.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3266 of 2025, dated 18.05.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the concerned Judicial 2/3
