O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The only grievance of the petitioner is that a TASMAC shop is proposed to be put up adjacent to the residential area, especially within the prohibited distance.

2.It appears that the petitioner has given a representation dated 14.07.2018 and the same is pending.

3.Thus, without going into the merits of the case, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.07.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
