[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that shop has already been opened.

2.In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. However, we direct the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.07.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
