The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the second respondent to permit the petitioner to apply for the post of Computer Instructor Grade-I (Post Graduate Cadre) and consider her representation dated 11.03.2019.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents made a submission that this writ petition is of the year 2019 and during the relevant point of time, the petitioner was studying B.Ed., Course and the eligibility for the post of Computer Instructor Grade-I is pass in B.Ed., Course.

3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner during the relevant point of time was not qualified and furthermore, the relief sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered after a lapse of 2 1⁄2 years. If at all the petitioner is qualified as on date, she is at liberty to participate in the ensuing selection process.

4. With the above liberty, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
