ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed by an owner of a Saw Mill seeking a mandamus as against the first respondent to consider the petitioner's application for License based upon her application dated 26.12.2016.
2.A perusal of the counter filed by the first respondent reveals that so far orders have not been passed in the application made by the petitioner seeking license to run a Saw Mill.
3.In view of the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
