This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus seeking a direction to the 1st respondent, the District Registrar (Administration), District Registrar Office, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli District, to dispose of the petitioner's petition dated 17.2.2022. The 1st respondent had issued summons to the petitioner for appearance on 18.4.2022. It is complained that no further steps have been taken by the first respondent.

2. Notice has been directed to the third respondent and records would show that notice has been served on 13.04.2023.

3. A direction is issued to the first respondent, the District Registrar (Admin.),District Registrar Office,Palayamkottai,Tirunelveli District, to proceed further with the enquiry as aforementioned and endeavour to dispose of the same in accordance with law and on merits on or before 31.08.2023.
