RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to EXTEND time for 2 weeks period for producing sureties before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tirunelveli in Crime No.128/2020 in CRL OP No. 8304/2020 on 07.08.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.SUSI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier this Court by an order dated 07.08.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8304 of 2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the credit of the Madras High Court Madurai Bench, Advocate Clerk's Welfare Association, Madurai - 625 023 (Indian Bank Saving Account No.496039124, IFSC Code: IDIB000H040) within a period of two weeks, without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the trial Court. Since copy of the order was made available on 15.08.2020, he was not in a position to produce the sureties. Hence he seeks two weeks time .

3. Considering the request, time granted by this Court vide order dated 07.08.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8304 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today.
