Respondents Prayer :Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the entire records connected with the detention order passed in Detention Order No.50/2025 dated 12.08.2025 on the file of the second respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue or body of the detenue namely the

petitioner's father I.e., C.Senthilkumar, aged about 55 years, S/o.Chinnaraj, now detained at the Central Prison, Madurai, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N. ANAND VENKATESH,J.) This is the second Habeas Corpus Petition filed challenging the detention order, dated 12.08.2025.

2. We carefully considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State of TN (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. We do not find any fresh ground to entertain this Habeas Corpus Petition. This Court has already considered the case on merits while dismissing the earlier HCP(MD) No.1349 of 2025, dated 18.02.2026 and

there are no grounds to interfere in this case. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
