This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that upon the complaint given by the second respondent herein, the first respondent police initiated an enquiry in C.S.R.No.466/2020 and after due enquiry, the same has been closed on 12.09.2020. According to him, as of now, no petition/complaint is pending against the petitioner. 4.The aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.

5. Hence, it is made clear that now the complaint has been closed, the first respondent Police shall not call the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry and harass them.
