ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere with the civil dispute based upon the representation of the petitioner dated 21.04.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, at the instance of the fourth respondent, the third respondent is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry by interfering with the civil dispute. Hence, he filed this petition.

The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent before the first respondent, which was forwarded to the third respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry purpose. He further would submit that there is no harassment as alleged by the petitioner.

4. This Court heard both sides and perused the materials available. 2/5

5. The prayer in this petition is that to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. According to the respondents 1 to 3, based on the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent as against the petitioner before the first respondent and the same was forwarded to the third respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry, apart from that, they have not harassed the petitioner as alleged by the petitioner.

Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the fourth respondent, recording the aforesaid submission of the respondent police that they have not harassed the petitioner and the petitioner was called only for enquiry, based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, directs the third respondent to conduct enquiry and dispose of the same within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
