Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.1 to 3 to take action against the respondents No.4 to 10 for excommunicating the petitioner and his family from Andivilai Village, Thenthamaraikulam Post and Kanyakumari District by considering his representation dated 23.06.2018. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the respondents 4 to 10 for excommunicating the petitioner and his family members from Andivilai Village, Kanyakumari District.

2.In this regard, the petitioner has given representation dated 23.06.2018 to the third respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to illegal act of the respondents 4 to 10, the petitioner and his family members are forced to live in Chennai. 4.Per contra, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the third respondent will enquire into the representation dated 23.06.2018, made by the petitioner in this regard and take action in accordance with law. 4.In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to enquire into the representation dated 23.06.2018, made by the petitioner by calling all the parties concerned and take action in accordance with law. This process shall be completed by the third respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
