The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents Police submits that on the dispute between the petitioners and the 3rd respondent, a complaint and a counter complaint were lodged before the respondent police and the same have been registered in Crime Nos.153 and 154 of 2024 and the same are under investigation.

3. Considering the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to workout their remedy in the manner know to law. 06.06.2024 NCC : Yes / No.
