ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to declare the process of interview, dated 14.02.2019 conducted by the second respondent as null and void and consequently to direct the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner, dated 27.06.2018.
2.The petitioner states that he is fully qualified for appointment to the post of Panchayat Clerk/ Secretary. However, his name was not even sponsored by the District Employment Exchange, despite the fact that he is fully eligible.
3.However, the learned Special Government Pleader raised an objection by stating that the petitioner is over aged even at the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.6028 of 2019.P(MD)No.6028 of 2019 time of filing of the writ petition and further, the process of interview had already been concluded.
4.If at all any irregularity or illegality in the process of appointment and such appointments are already made, then the petitioner is at liberty to initiate appropriate action against the illegal appointments. However, the petitioner as of now is aged about 45 years and therefore, he is not eligible as per the rules in force. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
