PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to transfer the patta made in 537 in S.F.No.397-1A1B to the extent of 31⁄2 cents situated at Kattuparamakudi Village, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District to the name of the petitioner, as per the sale deed dated 25.08.1986 in Doc.No.1998/1986 and consider petitioner application dated 11.02.2019.

ORDER
This writ petition is filed to direct the respondent to transfer the patta in patta No.537 in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property in S.F.No.397-1A1B, measuring to an extent of 31⁄2 cents situated at Kattuparamakudi Village, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that considering the petitioner's application dated 11.02.2019, final orders have been passed by the respondent on 27.11.2019 stating that the particulars furnished by the petitioner in respect of the aforesaid property are not correct. 3.Further, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that, if the petitioner submits a fresh application along with correct particulars and relevant documents to seek his remedy before the respondent, the same would https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.6030 of 2019 be considered on merits and in accordance with law. 4.In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner requested before this Court that liberty may be given to the petitioner to file a fresh application along with correct particulars to seek his remedy before the respondent. 5.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition is disposed of with such liberty. No costs.
