ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the second respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 29.05.2022 and complete the enquiry.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, CSR.No.313 of 2022 has been assigned and now, the enquiry is pending. He further sought two weeks time to complete the enquiry.

3.In view of the above, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is directed to register an FIR and complete the investigation within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
