Respondents PRAYER :- This Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, To Direct the 3rd respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner to do agricultural activities in the property owned by her to an extent of 1 Acre 16 Cents situated at Survey No.304/2 of Anthanallur Village Srirangam Taluk Trichy.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks police protection to her to do agricultural activities in her land.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional public prosecutor would submit that the petition has been enquired and the same was closed as "civil in nature".

3. It is seen that the civil suit is also pending between the parties. Therefore, the parties are at liberty to approach the concerned civil Court for any orders and if only any interim order or a final decree is passed, protection can be granted, in terms of the civil Court order.

4. With such liberty to the parties, this Petition stands disposed of. 09.09.2024 Index : Yes/ No NCC : Yes/No LS
