ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.21 of 2023, dated 20.12.2023 within the stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court. 1/4

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that they have examined four witnesses, they have to examine some other witnesses and also get some experts opinion and therefore, they need three months time to complete the investigation and to file the final report.

3.Considering the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) that some experts opinion have also to be obtained in this case, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to conclude the investigation and to file the final report before the concerned Court within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
