O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent No.1 and 2 to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action against the respondent no.3 to 8 on the basis the petitioner complaints dated 26.11.2024 and 10.02.2025 within a stipulated time period. 2.According to the petitioner, on account of cheating committed by the respondents 3 to 8, she sent complaints dated 26.11.2024 and 10.02.2025 to the second respondent, but the same have not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's complaints are under consideration with the second respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law. 2/5

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass orders.

5.Recording the said submission that the petitioner's complaint is pending with the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's complaints dated 26.11.2024 and 10.02.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties. 6.With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
