CRL OP(MD) No.11215 of 2022 ORDER:- These Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 06/07/2022 and upon perusing the letter received from the II Additional Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under NDPS Act, Madurai in D.No.413, dated 22.11.2022, seeking three months time to dispose of the C.C.No.189 of 2021, this Court made the following order:

As per the order passed by this Court dated 06.07.2022, the learned II Additional Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under NDPS Act, Madurai was directed to dispose of C.C.No.189 of 2021, within a period four months. The learned II Additional Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under NDPS Act, Madurai requested to extend the time limit.
