ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to direct the 1st to 4th respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2025 and permit to conduct Manju Virattu on 31.05.2025.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

4. The petitioner has given a representation to the respondents to conduct Manju Virattu in his village. Since the said representation has 2/5

not been considered so far, he is before this Court with this writ petition.

5. Considering the limited scope of the matter, without going into the merits or the contentions raised by the petitioner, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.03.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all interested parties, if any, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
