ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.1747 of 2020 from the file of the 2nd respondent to the file of the Inspector of Police, C.B.C.I.D Wing, Madurai District for proceeding with the same in an unbiased manner.
2. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent registered a F.I.R. in Crime No.1747 of 2020. Now, the investigation is almost completed and the respondent police is yet to file a final report. At this stage, if the investigation is transferred to the file of the third respondent, it would affect the entire investigation.
3. In view of the above, the transfer of investigation cannot be granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
