For Respondent : Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) For Intervenor : Mr.B.Micheal Sebastin, Advocate PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.4 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 9(m), 9(l), 10 and 17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO Act, 2012) and Section 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.4 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein physically abused the daughter of the de-facto complainant, hence, the case.

3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4.This is the second application for anticipatory bail and the earlier application for anticipatory bail was dismissed by this Court on 14.03.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4779 of 2023 and there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present anticipatory bail application even after dismissal of the petition, hence this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Hence, the petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
