O R D E R

The order of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.6789 of 2018, dated 19.05.2022 is to grant terminal benefits to the petitioner. 2.According to the petitioner, the order of this Court dated 19.05.2022, is not fully complied with.

3.As per the respondent, the order of this Court passed in W.P. (MD).No.6789 of 2018 dated 19.05.2022 is fully complied with and the entire terminal benefits are settled to the petitioner. However, the petitioner submitted that he is entitled to certain benefits, which was entered under Section 12(3) Settlement. It ought to be ascertained whether the said settlement was entered after the petitioner's retirement and whether the petitioner is entitled to the benefits under the said settlement.

4.Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed with a direction to the contemnor/respondent to ascertain whether the petitioner is entitled

to get benefits under Section 12(3) settlement, if not, the respondent shall pass appropriate order and copy may be served to the petitioner. In the event of any adverse order, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs.
