This Petition is filed to modify the condition No.(ii) in Crl.M.P.No.243 of 2024 dated 16.05.2024 on the file of the Vacation Sessions Judge, Madurai.

2. This Court considered the rival submissions made.

3. The petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by the Vacation Sessions 1/3

Judge, Madurai, in Cr.M.P.No.243 of 2024, on 16.05.2024, with certain conditions. However, they are not able to comply with the condition as imposed by the Sessions Judge, and hence, the petitioners have filed this application, to modify the condition No.(ii) imposed on them in Cr.M.P.No.243 of 2024.

4. Since it is the learned Vacation Sessions Judge, Madurai, who has imposed the condition, he must be knowing as to the circumstances under which the conditions were imposed while granting anticipatory bail. the petition was allowed with certain conditions. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere or modify the conditions of the Vacation Sessions Judge, Madurai.
