Pursuant to the directions issued by this Court on 09.07.2019 and 30.07.2019, the official respondents have initiated proceedings against the fifth respondent for illegal quarrying in order dated 17.08.2019, duly received by the fifth respondent. He is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.
