This petition is filed to direct the respondent to investigate the matter in Cr.No.808 of 2021 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Palani Taluk Police Station and to file a final report within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation in Cr.No.808 of 2021 on the file of the respondent has been completed and the respondent laid the charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani and the same was not taken on file.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani, is hereby directed to take the case on file, if it is in order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
