O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking to forbear the respondents 2 to 4 from in any way interfering with the running of Massage Centre by the petitioner.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that he has filed a complaint against one Vijay, who is continuously harassing the employees of the Massage Centre and he is also using his influence to send Police to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Per contra, learned Government Advocate submits that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, summon dated 08.08.2018 was

issued both to the petitioner as well as opposite party. The petitioner has not attended the enquiry and therefore, the respondent police are not in a position to take any action in this regard.

4.It is suffice, if a direction is given to to the petitioner to attend the enquiry to be conducted by the third respondent and third respondent based on the enquiry to be conducted by calling all the parties concerned, is directed to take appropriate action in accordance with law.

5.The writ petition is disposed of, with the above directions. No costs.
