ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody since 23.09.2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 9 (c), 9(m) and 10 of POCSO Act, in Crime No.10 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is in custody for more than 160 days. Hence, he is entitled for statutory bail under Section 167 (2) Cr.P.C.. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the statement of the victim girl is yet to be recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., and the investigation is still pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that the grievance of the petitioner will have

to be redressed only by the trial Court. Hence, the petitioner is directed to approach the trial Court seeking statutory bail under Section 167 (2) Cr.P.C.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
