Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order vide Rc.No.129/2021(1) dated 15.06.2021 issued by the fourth respondent, quash the same and further direct the fourth respondent to regularise / appoint the petitioner in the post of Office Assistant in the fourth respondent college in the regular time scale of pay with effect from 02.03.2009 and with all consequential benefits. ORDER
The petitioner challenges the order of the fourth respondent College rejecting her request for regularization to the post of Office Assistant. Her request was rejected on the ground that she is working only in the Self Finance Department and therefore, her request for appointment to the Aided Department is not feasible.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner had sought for a larger relief of regularization in the post of Office Assistant to the regular time scale of pay, she would be satisfied, if she is permitted to participate in the upcoming selection process for the post of Office Assistant.

3. Though notice has been served on the fourth and fifth respondents herein and their names are printed in the cause list today, none appears on their behalf.
4. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the fourth and fifth respondents herein to permit the petitioner to participate in the selection process that may arise to the post of Office Assistant in the Aided Department, subject to satisfying all other essential qualifications / requirements. There shall be no order as to costs.
