The decree holder in O.S.No.90 of 2018, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tiruchendur, has filed the present revision petition seeking expeditious of A.S.No.30 of 2024, which was filed by the first respondent herein. 2.Considering the fact that the appeal is posted for arguments on 17.06.2025, the appellate Court is directed to dispose of the appeal on or before 31.08.2025.

3.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
