ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner challenges the order dated 11.05.2022 passed by the District Revenue Officer, Tenkasi on the grounds set out in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. I consciously refrain from considering the writ petitioner's counsel's contentions only because the learned Government Advocate produced copy of the resurvey and resettlement register. The petitioner is granted liberty to move the jurisdictional civil Court for establishing his rights. If any such suit is filed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, it shall be numbered immediately and disposed of as expeditiously as possible.

3.With this liberty to the petitioner, this petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
