ORDER

The petitioner, who appeared for the post of Computer Instructor Grade-I pursuant to the notification of the year 2019, has filed this writ petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to consider his candidature for the post of Computer Instructor GradeI(P.G) by considering his representation. 2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 & 3 submits that the petitioner, who appeared for the selection process of the year 2019, has filed this writ petition seeking mandamus in the year 2023. On this ground alone, this writ petition deserves to be dismissed. He also submits that the cut off marks secured by the petitioner in the said selection process is 67, whereas, the cut off mark in SC-A category is 71 and therefore, the petitioner is not eligible and his candidature has not been considered.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the selection list, in the manner known to law, if so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
