ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute which is the subject matter of O.S.No.456 of 2014 on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Lalgudi, pending between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent under the guise of enquiry on the foisted complaint of the 3rd respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 12.09.2020. The same is recorded.

3.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
