To set aside the order dated 22.03.2013 made in Ar.O.P.No.6/2010 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Trichirappalli and enhance the amount and allow the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and thus render justice. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.ARUN JAYATRAM, Advocate for the petitioners in all the petitions the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA,J) These petitions have been filed praying (i) to condone the delay of 894 days in setting aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole appellant, (ii) to set side the abatement caused by the death of the sole appellant and (iii) to bring on record the proposed appellants 1 to 8 as legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant.

2.Heard. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
