JUDGMENT

(By G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents. 2.The appellant herein filed W.P.(MD)No.2341 of 2016 questioning the order dated 16.11.2015 passed by the District Revenue Officer, Sivagangai declining to effect mutation as demanded by the appellant. The learned Single Judge had relegated the appellant to go before the Civil Court.

3.Since the appellant wants to effect alteration in the revenue record after a gap of several years, we are of the view that she was rightly 2/4

called upon to move the jurisdictional Civil Court. The jurisdictional Civil Court will decide matter in the suit that may be instituted by the appellant herein on merits and in accordance with law without being influenced by any of the observations and findings found in the order of the learned Single Judge or in the order of the District Revenue Officer, Sivagangai.
