Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner questions the decision of the fourth respondent in declining to extend the benefit of loan waiver to the petitioner.

3. During the pendency of the writ petition, the said loan has been waived. A copy of the certificate issued on 24.02.2021 has also been produced. Nothing survives for further adjudication in view of the subsequent development. 2/4
