ORDER

The petitioner seeks for the following relief:- "Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent not to put up any construction or disturb the petitioner patta land in Survey No. 34/12A1, Oruthattu Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District by way of consider the petitioner representation dated 03.04.2025." 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the fourth respondent is encroaching upon the land, which belongs to the petitioner's principal. 3.Mr.S.Shaji Bino states that the fourth respondent is constructing a Wall around its school and not over the property belonging to the petitioner's principal. This issue can be resolved in a very easy manner.

4.The Tahsildar, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District, is suo motu impleaded as fifth respondent to this writ petition. He shall survey the property situated at S.No.34/12A1 of Oruthattu Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent. The survey report shall demarcate the boundaries between the properties, which belong to the petitioner's principal and the fourth respondent. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The Writ Petition stands disposed of, with the aforesaid directions. No costs.
