ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

2. The petitioner's case is that in respect of the petition mentioned property, the patta should reflect only in her name and the names of the private respondents should be removed. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation dated 18.04.2022 to the fourth respondent.

3. The fourth respondent is directed to pass order on the said representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The interested parties including the private respondents herein will have to be necessarily heard 2/4

before the final order is passed. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
